Communication Policy

Doctors within our Practice do not take telephone calls during consultation. Your doctor will call you back as soon as they are able. The practice nurses can also speak with you at this point to determine urgency.

Our Practice does not encourage communication with patients via email. For any scripts, results, referrals and or appointment requests please contact the medical centre on (02) 4648-1666, where are friendly staff memebers will be able to attend to your request.
